• This is one outstanding example of a Model 16. I cannot find any signs of use, sharpening, or even minor scratches. Truly a time machine.
• The knife is in standard configuration with thumb notches.
• Clearly a separate “S” stamping, and an unlined thong hole with original para-cord.
• The heavily waxed sheath is a trait of Maurice Johnson during this time, and almost feels like wood. Definitely meant to last in a hostile environment.
• This knife/sheath combo would be difficult to improve upon. Out of stock
