Viet Nam War Era Late 1960’s early 1970’s Model 2-8″ with nice options. This is a good one!
This hand forged Orlando blade is mint and marked with a separate “S” stamp from the Randall shop.
Seven spacer stack of the day separates the double brass hilt from the optional black micarta commando handle.
Optional brass butt and nut offer a bit more balance in the hand considering the 8″ stainless steel blade.
A lightly waxed Maurice Johnson sheath lends one to believe the original owner of this knife along with the stainless blade and micarta handle wanted this knife to have lasting durability.
Overall a superb Viet Nam War era fighting knife impossible to improve on.
