• Backstory to this knife is the Randall shop received a batch of oversized steel (basically Bowie steel) in the middle of an order and made approximately 30 knives before anyone realized it.
• This knife is in mint condition and is noticeably a bit heftier in the hand than a “standard” fourteen.
• The nickel silver model 1 style guard really feels nice against the hand and mates perfectly with the maroon micarta Border Patrol style handle. Perhaps the most comfortable handle style in this model.
• Johnson rough back sheath with correct orange stone in pouch shows only slight evidence of the knife being in the sheath.
